My Family

 So this is my family. Nine in all. The weird thing is that I had to stop and count. LOL. We live on a ranch (not farm!!) in Northwest Kansas and raise Angus cattle. We also share a three bedroom house, which is not good at all. At least I have my own bunk. :)

 This is me, Riley Wayne. You can read a lot more about me in my About Me page. I enjoy playin' guitar and reading good, NON-romantic books. I'm 15 years old, 5' 6 1/2", and around 120 lbs. And, you can probably tell, I need braces. My birthday is 9~16~1996. I also enjoy hunting, but I get scared when Reid goes with us.

This is Kailey Ann. She's 14 and her birthday is 5~15~1998. She has like 50 ducks that run around an' poop all over everything, and she thinks they're cute. I think they're loco. But they are better than chickens, I'll give her that. She is the only girl in the family (excluding Mom) and a tomboy.

 Rayden Wyatt is on the left. He is a lego Star Wars and How to Train Your Dragon fanatic. He's 9 years old and his birthday is 7~27~2002. And he likes his hair longer, but I say it would look good buzzed. Me and him have different personalities so we fight quite often. You can guess who always wins. ;)

Then on the right is Reid Westly. He is 11 and his birthday is 6~7~2000. He likes to bake and I like it when he bakes too. His cookies are awesome. I used to make cookies but I stopped when Mom made the rule I had to do my own dishes. But Reid still does it. And he can copy pretty much any character on any movie he's ever seen.

Now we have Rhett Walker. His b-day is 7~4~2005 and he is 6 years old. He hasn't started homeschool yet, but he does likes to color. He has blonde hair, too, but his eyes are green. He LOVES to play lego Star Wars with Rayden and Reid. We are only allowed to play computer games on Saturday, so he an' Rayden are almost always up very early.

Here we have Ronan, or Animal as we call him. He's very loud, annoying, and stubborn. But when he falls asleep he's out like a rock. He's 4 an' his birthday is 8~4~2007. He also says the funniest things and I'm positive he has his own dialect. He loves to check cows and do nearly anything with Dad. I'm also positive he's gonna be a cowboy when he grows up.

This is Ryder Waylon. Or Grrr-Animal. :) He's so funny, but he's also curious, which is bad at this age. And he's very, very clever. He's only 2 (B-day is 10~16~10) and he can respond to simple commands correctly. Such as "close the door, whack him, or get in the yard." And when he laughs most people can't stop themselves from smiling, if not laughing.


Here is my mom and dad. Ryan and Diane Shay. Dad has multiple jobs. Such as ranching, real estate, and anything else that needs done. Mom homeschools us all and is very busy.
